Adam Blannard and Brooke Miller were united in marriage Aug. 25, 2017, at St. Michael’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Pittston, with Gary Mensinger officiating.
Maid of honor was Sarah Miller, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lily Walton, sister of the bride, and Alli Chinikaylo, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Fred DeLucca, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Kevin Harcarik,friend of the groom, and JakeWalton, brother of the bride.
Flower girl was Paige Zionce and ring bearer was Cole Blannard, nephew of the groom.
The groom is the son of John and Judith Blannard, of Swoyersville. He is the grandson of John and Emma Blannard, of Swoyersville, and the late John and Dorothy Hromisin, of Swoyersville.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, a 2014 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a class of 2015 graduate of Wilmington University with a master’s degree in sports management. He is employed by Geisinger Health Plan.
The bride is the daughter of Todd and Eileen Miller, of Harding, and Cheryl Amato, of West Wyoming. She is the granddaughter of Larry and Judith Miller, of Swoyersville, and Irene Amato and the late Anthony Amato, of West Wyoming.
She is a 2008 graduate of Wyoming Area High School and a 2014 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The reception was held at The Appletree Terrace, Dallas.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Grico’s, Exeter, hosted by the parents of the groom.
The bridal shower was held at Valenti’s Restaurant, Exeter, hosted by the mother of the bride.
The couple took a honeymoon cruise to Belize, Honduras and Mexico.
They reside in Exeter with their two dogs, Trixie and Dasher.
