The Wyoming Area Catholic School Builders Club members, under the supervision of Jacki Kasa and Anne Powers, were able to secure an old newspaper vending box. The students painted the box and titled it a blessing Box as the intention is for those who “have” to share our blessings with those who don’t “have”! Blessing box contents are free to take for anyone in need. The students have been filling the box since summer. Throughout the year, the Builders Club will be collecting hygiene products, hats, gloves, nonperishable food items such as canned goods and boxed items. Builders Club is the largest service organization for middle school and junior high students. Builders Club is a student-led community service organization that operates under school regulations and draws its members from the student body.
